In certain cases, the processing, storage, and transmission of some data may be required by law, in which case customers will be notified separately. We kindly draw the attention of those providing data to FLÓRATOM Kft. that if they provide data not pertaining to themselves, it is their responsibility to obtain the data subject’s consent. Our data protection principles are in line with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular:

Your personal data (i.e., data that can be linked to you) may be processed in the following ways: on one hand, technical data related to your device, browser, IP address, and visited pages may be automatically recorded in our system when you establish an internet connection; on the other hand, you may voluntarily provide your name, contact information, or other personal details if you wish to get in touch with us while using the website. The technical data recorded during system operation (such as those generated during voting) are automatically stored by the system of Rackhost Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (hosting). These data are logged automatically at login and logout without any separate declaration or action by the data subject. 8. Rights of the Data Subject and Remedies

8.1 Right to Information
FLÓRATOM Kft. shall take appropriate measures to ensure that all information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, and all notifications under Articles 15–22 and 34, are provided in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible form using clear and plain language.
8.2 Right of Access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and, if so, to access the personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including third-country or international organizations; the planned duration of storage; the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the source of the data; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and envisaged consequences for the data subject. 8.3 Right to Rectification

8.4 Right to Erasure
The data subject has the right to request that FLÓRATOM Kft. erase their personal data without undue delay if any of the following grounds apply:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU or member state law;
- the personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services.
Data erasure may not be requested if processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information; to comply with a legal obligation; for reasons of public interest or in the exercise of official authority; for public health, archiving, scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes; or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
8.5 Right to Restriction of Processing
Upon request, FLÓRATOM Kft. shall restrict processing where any of the following applies:
- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling verification;
- the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes erasure and requests restriction instead;
- the controller no longer needs the data for processing, but the data subject requires them for legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Where processing is restricted, such data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for legal claims or for protecting the rights of another person or for important public interest of the Union or a Member State.
8.6 Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.
8.7 Right to Object
The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for reasons of public interest or the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, including profiling based on those provisions. In such cases, the controller shall no longer process the personal data unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for legal claims.
8.8 Automated Decision-Making Including Profiling
The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing – including profiling – which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them.
8.9 Right to Withdraw Consent

9. Other Provisions
For any data processing not listed in this policy, information will be provided at the time of data collection. Please note that courts, prosecutors, investigating authorities, regulatory agencies, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the Hungarian National Bank, and other bodies authorized by law may request information or documents from the data controller.
